Step 1 — Check eligibility
You are eligible if you own a motorcycle, auto-rickshaw, motorcycle-rickshaw (Qingqi/Chingchi), or any two- or three-wheeler, OR a car with engine capacity up to 800cc. Your vehicle must be registered in your own name. See eligibility criteriafor full details.
Step 2 — Prepare your information
- Your 13-digit CNIC (no dashes, no spaces)
- The first letter of your province — e.g. S for Sindh.Only Sindh = S is confirmed. All other province codes have not been officially published. Check your CNIC or official channels to confirm your province letter before sending the SMS. A wrong code means a failed registration.
- Your vehicle registration date in DDMMYYYY format (e.g. 2 September 2026 →

Step 3 — Send the registration SMS

Step 4 — You receive a confirmation SMS
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation SMS on the same number. If you receive an error message, check the format of your SMS and that your SIM is registered under the correct CNIC.
Step 5 — Request a fuel token each time you need petrol
Once registered, you get subsidised petrol by requesting a token. Send:
